Dan Bailey

Co-founder & CEO

Dan spent five years at MMC Ventures investing in enterprise software and applied AI, then ran operations as COO at Sedna, building communication tools for supply chain operators. He watched skilled pricing and operations teams re-key data that already existed, chase rates across inboxes and portals, and assemble quotes line by line.

Nexcade started with that pattern. Large language models changed the economics of the work: unstructured emails, inconsistent rate sheets, and the fuzzy edges operators handle by instinct are now within reach. Dan founded Nexcade in 2025 with Tasho to build agents for exactly that work, and leads the company from London.

Tasho Kjosev

Co-founder & CTO

Tasho solved data problems at Palantir across supply chain, energy, and insurance, deployed against the messiest systems large enterprises run. Before Palantir, he did AI research at Oracle Labs and ETH Zurich, then applied AI work at Meta and Unlikely AI.

His career has been spent making AI hold up against real enterprise data. At Nexcade he leads engineering, building agents that carry live forwarding work with the customer team visible and in control of every step.
