Founding AI Engineer
London, Waterloo · Full-time, in personBuild the multi-agent systems that run quoting, tenders, rates, and bookings for real forwarders: orchestration, reliability, and the feedback loops that make agents dependable on live freight.
What you'll do
- Develop and optimise AI agents for live freight workflows
- Design review gates, fail-safes, and fallback behaviour
- Build the observability and feedback loops behind agent performance
- Work directly with the founders, the team, and customers on real pain points
